Official review record

⸺ Public methodology

How we decide which reviews to show.

This is an official Mediate Lawsuit review guide. This page explains how we check feedback, label its source, and distinguish what each review is actually about.

What this page explains

How we check reviews

Source · service · context

01

Ownership & purpose

An official review site, not independent editorial coverage.

This review site is owned and operated by Mediate Lawsuit. It exists to collect and present feedback about Mediate Lawsuit in a format that makes the source, service scope, and publication limits easy to understand.

Ownership is disclosed directly. The site does not present first-party testimonials as independent-platform reviews, and it does not use directory feedback to suggest conclusions about an independently listed mediator or arbitrator.

02

How reviews are published

Reviews are checked, not selected for praise.

We use the following sequence before a review is displayed. The standard is designed to keep a reader’s attention on the provenance and meaning of feedback—not simply the praise within it.

01

Identify the service scope

Each review says whether it concerns Mediate Lawsuit’s website and visibility services, the directory experience, or another clearly identified interaction.

02

Retain the source path

Published feedback names its source type and links to the original public page when a stable link is available.

03

Review before publication

New submissions are reviewed before publication. They are not posted automatically and may be checked for attribution, consent, scope, and completeness.

04

Keep the context attached

A review is presented with material context, including source type, any available date, and the limits of what the reader can reasonably infer.

03

Limits of publication

What we do not publish.

Feedback without enough identity, scope, consent, or source information to be placed in context.

Sample ratings, invented testimonials, or language created solely to fill a review card.

Claims about an individual professional’s performance, outcome, suitability, or services when the experience concerns only the directory.

Material edits that change the apparent meaning of a reviewer’s feedback; formatting changes may be made for readability.

04

Approved Mediate Lawsuit brand use

A clear mark of the relationship.

Approved logo-use statement. The Mediate Lawsuit wordmark and framed “M” logo are used on this site with the approval of Mediate Lawsuit solely to identify it as an official Mediate Lawsuit review site. The mark may not be copied, altered, or used outside this review-site context without prior written permission from Mediate Lawsuit. Its presence does not represent independent editorial status or a third-party endorsement.

The approved mark appears in the site header, footer, and browser icon treatment. It is paired with an ownership disclosure so a reader can understand why it is present.
