01

At a glance

The form is for review moderation, not automatic publication.

When you submit feedback, this site creates a pending record for moderation. The form collects the details needed to understand the experience, contact the reviewer if necessary, and determine whether the feedback can be published with appropriate context.

Feedback submitted through this form is not automatically public. Publication is discretionary and depends on review of consent, attribution, source information, service scope, and the site’s methodology.

02

Data-handling record

The form is for review moderation, not automatic publication.

We use the minimum information requested by the form to understand the submission, protect the integrity of the review record, and follow up where needed.

Record A · submitted input

Information you provide

Your name, email address, optional role or organization, selected service scope, written feedback, and the consent confirmations included with the form.

Record B · processing purpose

Why we collect it

To receive, evaluate, contact you about, moderate, and—only when appropriate—consider feedback for publication in the review record.

Record C · publication limit

What may be published

Only a reviewed version of feedback that has appropriate attribution, source context, consent, and service-scope labelling. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Record D · moderation status

How it is handled

New feedback is stored as a pending moderation record. It is not automatically placed in the public review library when the form is submitted.

03

Use & disclosure limits

The scope remains attached to the feedback.
